Kate Jaynes Floral FAQs

We do not offer same-day delivery. Orders must be placed by 6 PM for next day delivery. Arrangements are typically delivered between 12:00-4:30 pm. We deliver Monday-Friday. If you need weekend delivery, please contact us prior to placing an order.
Your order of any flower arrangement includes free delivery in our delivery zone and a custom enclosure card with a handwritten note. You can specify what you want your card to say when you order!
Our goal is to provide the most personalized service possible. At this time, we will send you an invoice to complete your transaction after discussing the details of your order. Please contact us via email at info@katejaynes.com with any questions. We promise to get back to you as quickly as possible.
We use the freshest flowers available, so certain stems in the arrangement may not be fully bloomed when first received. Just be patient— the new buds should show within a day or two!
We deliver fresh floral arrangements in Uptown/North Dallas and surrounding cities including University Park, Highland Park, Richardson, Plano, Allen, McKinney, and Frisco. Check the delivery zone map on the "About Us" page to see if we deliver to your area!
For a fee, we may be able to deliver outside our normal delivery zone. Please email us at info@katejaynes.com for more info!
Book a Floral Workshop with Kate Jaynes Floral! This is great way for team building at companies, family members to bond, or to get a group of moms together for a fun social event! Frequent Flower Club
We can set you up with a flower subscription program for your workplace, business, home or other location! We’ll get to know you and your needs so we can customize blooms to most fully enrich your setting. As long as you love our custom creations, we’ll keep bringing them on a regular schedule.
Just send us an email to info@katejaynes.com with desired frequency (1X/week, 2X/month, etc) and delivery details and we'll be in touch!

We can take the floral planning off your hands for your next wedding or baby shower! Contact us to discuss pricing for single or multiple arrangements for showers.
